Where in Madrid can I find an all-you-can eat buffet with amazing food in fabulous surroundings?

I've been to amazing buffets in Taipei at hotels like the Shangri La and the Grand Hyatt with counters full of fresh shellfish and sushi and curry and ice cream and fancy desserts and all sorts of different cuisine. Does anyone know if such a place exists in Madrid? It's a long shot, but I'd be grateful for recommendations for a special dinner. Thanks!
