What is the easiest, cheapest way to get from Granada to Malaga Airport? How long does it take?

I will be in Granada but will be leaving to get home to Ireland via Malaga Airport; Flight about 10pm Friday. I don't want to fly down, maybe by bus or train, at least you can look out the window. I tried to get timetables but having difficulty as most are in Spanish/Catalan.
