Most profitable thing to do with 7 mostly flat acres in Sierra Nevada foothills besides building?

1. Depending on where the land is, how close to things people want to see, you might build a campground. Not much infrastructure, relatively easy on the land. You might put up a few minimal cabins like the ones they have in some KOA campgrounds, those are not easy to find, for families who want to camp out but not to sleep on the ground.
2. Is it near a town...if so you could let people put cars, trucks, campers and the like there to sell and you charge a fee...
