Why are all the turkish food places in Spain owned by people from Pakistan or India?

1. economic opportunism, or is it imperialism???
2. I´m assuming it´s for ecomomic reasons. Do you have to be from Italy to serve pasta???
3. They ARE? I didn't know that! Should I avoid them next trip for that reason? or only because I prefer REALLY Indian food if I'm going exotic?
